How to Purchase

It is easy to purchase a property at The Wave, Muscat. Our Sales Consultants will guide you through the following steps:

1. Choose your property.
2. Pay OMR 3000 deposit and sign the Reservation Document (a copy of which you can keep).
3. Complete the Ministry of Housing Application Form (non Omanis only).
4. Pay balance of 10% of the price of your property within 10 working days of reserving. Sign the Sales & Purchase Agreement as well as the Terms & Conditions.
5. When the full 10% has been received and the MOH Form is approved by the Ministry, your SPA will be signed by The Wave, Muscat and a copy returned to you. Your purchase is now complete!
